BRI+ is a service available to advisers which offers specialist insolvency related advice and support to help you provide appropriate guidance to your clients who may be facing financial uncertainty. Access to BRI+ is free and it entitles members to the following benefits:
- Hotline to James Cowper’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency team to ask any query.
- Free initial meeting for a member of the group and/or a client to discuss the options available to them if they are in financial difficulties.
- In-house training sessions for your team to bring them up to speed with current issues relating to insolvency, including tips for dealing with the Revenue and their hardening attitude towards businesses and individuals struggling to pay tax liabilities.
- Confidential consultation for any of a member’s employees who may be in financial difficulties, including advice on the merits of debt-management processes and consolidating loan facilities as promoted through the press.
- Email updates on insolvency-related topics.
