Lamex Food Group gets a taste for James Cowper
James Cowper accountants and business advisers, together with Kreston International network partners in the USA and in the Netherlands, has been appointed by global food trader Lamex Food Group to manage its audit and tax compliance work.
Lamex Food Group, which has its headquarters in the UK and operates from 15 offices in 12 different countries, is one of the world’s largest brokers and traders of frozen and chilled meat, fruit and vegetables, juices, purees and honey. The firm, which has consistently been ranked in The Sunday Times top 250 privately owned companies, employs 120 staff and has a turnover approaching half a billion pounds (sterling).
James Cowper, CBIZ, Inc. and Mayer Hoffman McCann in the USA and Van Oers in the Netherlands were appointed in earlier this year following a competitive tender.
