Sandra Mundy is a Business Recovery and Insolvency partner, she is also a licenced Insolvency practitioner.
For the last 18 years she has been working with businesses that face extreme financial pressures to find solutions to either avoid a formal insolvency procedure or if this is not possible to protect and preserve parts of the business which can be saved.
Sandra’s work has led her to advise a diverse range of businesses from the family run pub to large employment agencies with over 800 workers.
Her overriding aim is to make sure that businesses get the right information to protect assets, creditors, employment and to help directors avoid the potential pitfalls of trading whilst insolvent.
