Peter Whalley is a Business, Recovery and Insolvency partner. He advises on survival strategies for troubled businesses; corporate insolvency issues; acquisitions and disposals, he specialises in distressed businesses; and debt and equity finance.
He has built up a wide range of sector specific experience including aerospace, automotive, insurance, IT, marine, property, retail, recruitment telecoms and textiles. As well as working in the UK, he has undertaken assignments in the US and East Africa.
Peter holds a diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales which also licenses him to accept formal insolvency appointments. He is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
